Canesten® Clotrimazole Cream 1% is a solution that stops the growth of, and kills fungi, and relieves the symptoms of a fungal skin infection.
The cream's formula is effective. It is easy to use, thus making it a suitable fungal infection treatment option for the whole family.

What is athlete’s foot?

It’s a fungal skin infection caused by fungi that thrive in warm and moist environments like changing rooms, showers and public pools. Walking barefoot in these places puts you at greater risk. Athlete’s foot usually occurs between your toes, but it can also affect the soles and sides of your feet.

You don’t have to be an athlete to get infected. Fungal skin infections may feel uncomfortable, but in most cases there’s nothing to worry about as they can be treated easily.

    How long do I need to apply Canesten Clotrimazole Cream 1%?

    For athlete’s foot, ringworm, fungal infection of area around the nails, fungal infection of the skin folds: 3 – 4 weeks or as directed by physician.

    For skin redness/irritation (Erythrasma): 2 – 4 weeks or as directed by physician.

    For white spots: 1 – 3 weeks or as directed by physician.

    How to use Canesten Clotrimazole Cream 1%?

    Canesten® Clotrimazole Cream 1% should be applied thinly and evenly to affected areas about 2-3 times daily and gently rubbed in.

    How long does it take for fungal skin infections to be resolved, post Canesten treatment?

    Symptoms of skin infection such as itching or soreness should improve within a few days, although signs such as redness and scaling may take a longer time to disappear.
